Am I a complete failure and loser for not finding a job?

Do you have experience working in the medical field; at a hospital or a doctor's office? Hospitals and Doctors will only hire people that have experience working at a hospital. The only jobs you can get without it is maintenance or cafeteria work. Did you put on your resume what they wanted? They only read it for a few seconds, you need to say in your resume you have the skills they want in the first page on the top. You could try other companies, a receptionist that's not in the medical field.
