I wanted to find some recipes on canning radishes and I'm not having much luck. What I wanted was to be able to put them in jars that I can preserve throughout the year. I found some recipes but nothing that will preserve for the year in the pantry. I also found a good recipe on radish relish I will be trying, but I would love to see more. I also wonder if I can do anything in the freezer with them, even though they will go soft? Any information will help me out, thanks.
