Help! what are the vitals of someone in a car crash?

during compensated shock skin cool and clammy, everything else normal or slightly less than normal. Maybe 110/70 64 16 pupils pearl, During de-compensated shock all vitals will decrease. maybe 80/50 40 8 pupils unresponsive.
