Which cable tv provides Indian channels?

Someone I know who lives in a highrise in a metropolitan city, is interested in watching Indian movies, Indian news, serials etc. The apt. does not have any windows or balcony facing the southwest direction so a DISH network is out. However, does comcast or RCN, the cable providers in this building, provide such channels? Calling comcast did not prove to be very helpful.
