Should college be acceible to everyone, or should only somewhat smart people be accepted?

Well, I see your point. A college degree doesn't seem worth as much as it used to because so many are getting them, but I wouldn't want to deny a degree to those who really want one simply because some arbitrary standard (SATs) says they are smart enough.
