Baby not reaching for toys at 16 weeks...?

My son will be 16 weeks tomorrow and he isn't reaching/grabbing for toys yet... Shoud I be worried?? Is this a practice makes perfect skill (Should I play with him all the time until it happens).... or will he just all of a sudden one day have the coordination to do this?
