How do you feel about older teens going trick-or-treating?

I feel like if older teens are fully costumed and not making trouble, then it is great. I mean, it is a safer activity then going partying and drinking, then getting in the car and driving. I mean, it bugs me when a 17 year old comes to my door and isn't dressed up because you can really tell they are just in for the free candy.
