Is Roger Goodell misusing his authority as Commissioner in regards to Brett Favre's reinstatment?

Well, I have to agree that Commission Goodell is misusing his power in regards to the Brett Favre situation. Goodell is the commissioner. Favre is a football player, and if he wants to come back he shouldn't have to go through Goodell. He is Packer property until he signs the dotted line saying that he wants out. So what I'm saying is, he should be speaking directly with the organization rather than going to Goodell about. Roger has proven to be a very tough commissioner in handing down punsihment to players. However he shouldn't have a hand in this situation with Brett Favre. It should be strictly between he and the Packers. Goodell should not have that much power where he can tell a player that you have to hand me the re-instatement players. Goodell has his job to do, and he needs to but out of the Packers business.. He needs to let them handle it accordingly and do his own job..
