Am I having an allergic reaction?

After school, me and my friend went to Tim Hortons and I had a small mocha icecap surpreme... then when I got home I did a video workout (40 minutes) and i had to stop because my stomach hurt so much. I had to go to the washroom a couple times and i took two chewable tablets of pepto bismol. After about 20-30 minutes my stomach stopped hurting and i just layed down on the couch. All of a sudden my asthma started acting up (it rarely does) and it was hard to breathe but not to the point where i felt dizzy or anything. I didn't use my asthma puffer because i found out today that it expired in 2006...=/ then my nose got really stuffy and my lip, hands (palms), back, leg, and arms got really itchy. I have only like 2 hives right now, but on my stomach there are two red spots and little red dots on them. Whats going on!?!? Right now my asthma is pretty much gone, and my nose isn't that stuffy anymore but im still itchy as hell! This happend only like 10 minutes ago. I've had icecaps before and nothing has ever happend ... and i always take pepto bismol so it cant be that...
