Nate Diaz should move up to welterweight?

Ive never really liked him BUT i think his ground game is excellent. Just as are his submissions. Just asking..do you think he should put on those few extra pounds (so at least he wouldn't look so damn breakable and stupid when flexing those tiny tennis ball looking biceps) and move up to welterweight? i mean he has the height. Or is it the simple fact that if he did go to welterweight he'd have to face opponents such as Georges St-Pierre, Martin Kampmann etc and he'd beaten BADLY lol
