Follow up question on child abuse. advice

you people are supose to be religious the bible is against abuse on minors right? So my mom should pay for her crime if i call social services on her for child abuse for calling me a big baby in McDonalds. All because I threw ketchup around telling me in front of people in there that I need to be in diapers again and wear a bib. (I do admit we did get some ketchup on people clothes but that’s not the point) when i talk to her ill remind her that I’m 16 I have more rights then she does as a parent which I do because I’m a minor. all she has to say that she was wrong and sorry for dissing me for no reason in McDonalds? thats fair right?
