Brithmark or something eles?

hey all im 16 i found a brown patch on my skin (somewhere embarring) a while back and i recently found a small brown patch next to it and when i scratch it it goes a little bit flake just a little so u can seee it but faintly i thought this was a birthmark but im confused what do you think ?
