I dont know why Japan does not have to pay repation fees for ther crimes in Asia. When i was a kid my parents told me that japan killled, tortured, d ppl in al sorts of gruesome ways imagine and also used ppl for test subjects like injecting chemicals and stuff if you dont belive me look it up
