Nitric acid is a strong acid and cesium hydroxide is a strong base, in terms of the ionization rxns, what does

In terms of ionization rxns, (ie., dissociation) they will completely (within the 95%+ range) ionize in water...if you pour nitric acid in water and pour cesium hydroxide in another container of water. But if you mix nitric acid and cesium hydroxide togather, they will combine to form a salt of cesium and water.
