Isn't Debbie Rowe a horrible mother?

i could never gave my kid's to some one as a gift my kid's were a gift from god i raised my two daughter's by myself as i was divorced so i think debbie rowe was wrong she wasn't a mother to her kid's because she didn't stay with them
