Is it harmful getting preagnant 3 months after getting an emergency c section with a vertical insicion ?

I just had a premature baby 3 months ago. I went into labor and the baby was breech so I had to get an emergency c section and when they were pulling him out his head got stuck so they had to cut vertically. I have not used any birth control but have been using condoms. I have a feeling I am pregnant, I am not afraid of being I am just afraid it will be harmful to me and the baby. Will this be harmful or will I be ok??
