How can I correlate nominal personality types with success in statistics programs?

A dummy variable can only have 2 values such as 0,1. If you have 15 different types of personalities then you will have to convert each of these categorical variables into a numerical variable (i.e some type of code). example introvert =1, etc.. good luck.
