Empire Earth 2/ corrupt file?

Ok. I have downloaded a single player scenario file of Pearl Harbor from Empire earth heaven. I download the file all fine and dandy but when I go to play the scenario on the actual game it comes up with Game load fail!/:Corrupt or bad file. Can you please help me out, am I doing something wrong?
