Discoloration in my urine.?

I go to a boot camp school because I got expelled from real school. I got in trouble on Tuesday and had to do 100 squats. My muscles do hurt, and my pee has been discolored, red. My mom and I looked it up, it said it was from "Strenuous Exercise." And I did strenuous exercise. IS that why my pee is tinted red? Please help. I want to know before I go to the doctor, in case if it is serious. Thank you.
